About Me
I am a Contemporary Pilates teacher, Postpartum Recovery specialist, former professional dancer, lifelong mover, Mom, wife, and Saugerties, NY resident. In 2011, after a 5-year career as a Personal Trainer and Spin Instructor, I received my Pilates Certification from Ellie Herman Pilates and have devoted my work to Pilates ever since. I grew up in dance studios and on stages and found the transition into gyms and Pilates studios a seamless one.
After owning a Pilates Studio in NYC for over a decade, I relocated and opened Lilac Pilates in 2023. I simply wanted to name the studio after my favorite flower. Lilacs always remind me how much beauty and joy is available in life. It is my intention that when you come to the studio, you remember just how strong, beautiful, and capable your one-and-only body is.
Pilates strengthens the body, the mind, and the spirit and I love witnessing that connection flourish in the studio.
Lilac Pilates is a private one-on-one Pilates studio tucked away in nature in Saugerties, NY. The studio is located off of 212 between Saugerties and Woodstock. The studio can accommodate one client at a time for 50-minute sessions. All sessions are booked in advance and are by appointment only.
