Lilac Pilates is a private, one-on-one Pilates Studio tucked away in nature in Saugerties, NY. Experience personalized attention and instruction in a soulful, nourishing environment using Balanced Body equipment including an Allegro II reformer, springboard, chair, and an array of props. Find your strength and balance at Lilac Pilates conveniently located off Route 212 between Saugerties and Woodstock. By appointment only.
